Data Collected

When you use the contact form, we collect: your first name, your last name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the selected project (optional), and the content of your message.

We also automatically collect the IP address from which the message is sent. This data is used solely to limit abuse (bulk messages sent by bots) and is not used for any other purpose.

Purpose of Processing

Data submitted through the form is used exclusively to respond to your contact request or request for information about an investment project in Armenia. The IP address is used solely for the security of the form (limiting automated submissions). This data is never sold or transferred to third parties, nor used for unsolicited marketing purposes.

Legal Basis

Processing of the data submitted through the form is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the contact form. The temporary retention of the IP address is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper operation of the site.

Recipients of the Data

Your data is accessible only to the Kelian team. It is transmitted and stored with our hosting provider, OVH SAS (France), which acts as a technical data processor and does not access this data for its own purposes. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Retention Period

Data submitted through the form is retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or a legal obligation requires otherwise. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies

This site uses a single cookie that is strictly necessary for its operation (named "kelian_sid"), which is used to secure the contact form (protection against automated submissions and fraudulent submissions) and to display confirmation messages. This technical cookie does not require your consent under applicable regulations and is not used for any audience measurement, advertising, or tracking purpose. It is deleted when you close your browser.

This site does not use any audience measurement, advertising, or social network cookies. This section will be updated if such a tool is added in the future.

Security

The site is accessible only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and implements technical measures to protect your data (secure transmission, protection against unauthorized access and automated abuse).

Your Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
